Bon livre mais j’enlève une étoile car cinq huiles essentielles rentrent souvent dans la fabrication d’un remède. Pas très économique :-(

ce livre est vraiment très bien réalisé. une première partie vous informant sur la toxicité des HE et la necessité de bien les connaitre et de suivre les recettes à la lettre.( ne pas se soustraire à une consultation medicale avant d'administrer une préparation à votre enfant.)
En deuxième partie se trouve un livret de recette pour plusieurs maladies ( maladies de peau ou infections respiratoires, etc ). un conseil: faire réaliser les préparations dans une pharmacie spécialisée.
En troisième partie un récapitulatif de toutes les HE avec leurs propriétés.
Ces préparations peuvent être utilisées en complément d'un traitement normal ou en prévention, si les symptômes persistent, consulter un spécialiste ou votre médecin traitant.
